Character Biography
Samuel Nicson:
- Sam is in his early 20s, and comes from a family of 5, consisting of his parents, a younger sister by around 2 years, and another younger sister who is about half is age. Out of his whole family, he feels closest to his youngest sister, as he feels she is more innocent and uninfluenced by his parents. He gets along with his parents and other sister most of the time, but feels that they are often very much against him, and what he wants to do with his life. He also feels that they ‘gang-up’ on him from time to time.
- His family are relatively well off, and often provide him with money whenever he asks or is in need of petrol or food money. They also have a slight Christian influence mainly coming from his mother, and he along with both of his sisters attended a private Christian High School.
- As to break away from his mothers influence, Samuel is quite interested in heavy metal music, and spends his time with friends that are also very heavy metal music orientated, including some good friends that play in a band at a local pub.
- He has always had an interest in film and music and hopes to combine the two by making music videos for some of his favourite bands. He is a great social net-worker and tries to get to know everyone that shows up to gigs including bands that come through town and sees where he can work himself into getting more gigs to film at.
- He is in a long term relationship with his current girlfriend but their relationship is on the rocks, and causing him quite a lot mental anguish as he feels very strongly for her, but she is becoming unsure of how solid their connection is.
- His mother is caring but has also taken care of him to the extent that he is lazy and spoilt.
- He is easily frustrated and has trouble focusing at work. He finds employment easily, but cannot hold down a job more than a couple of months.
- He needs to find a job that he is content with before he can find true happiness.
